Parking Lot Resurfacing and Expansion

COST: $54,000, sans permits, back fill

As many of you know, when we rebuilt the parish hall we were able to condense parish property a bit. The plat upon which the old Quinn Hall was built was traded with the City of Petersburg for the plat upon which the Hall and Office sits today. In addition, the old fenced in parking lot was donated to the parish from a generous parishioner (what is now the present parking lot).

Accenting the property on the east side would also more clearly deliniate parish property from city property.

Thank you in advance for your generosity.

As you can see from the photo above, we hope to be able to repave the current parking lot, fixing some, but not all of the current drainage issues, and fill in the old Quinn Hall drive way and parking to enable us to provide additional parking for parishioners, while improving the landscape a bit...
