Study and Pray
ADULT FORMATION & YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY
Adult Forum: Led by Scott Fisher, this discussion group meets on Sunday throughout school year in the cafeteria at St. Joseph School from 9:45 AM to 11:00 AM. The study changes so there is always something to explore! Come enjoy, connect, and grow in faith with us.
Exploring Catholicism(OCIA): Led by Ray Fiol and Deebe Robinson, this group meets Tuesday evenings at 6:30 PM and Sunday evenings at 6:00 PM in the Parish Hall. This class is an overview of the basic doctrines of the Catholic faith. During the summer, the class becomes a book group. For more information about this group please contact csmith@sjcpetersburg.com. This is the class for you if you are exploring Catholicism to become Catholic, if you are a sponsor or would like to be a sponsor for someone receiving the Sacraments of Christian Initiation, and if you want to delve deeper into who we are, WHOSE we are, and why we believe what we do.
Want to become Catholic or learn more about your faith but don't know where to start? Send an email to Cassandra Smith and she will point you in the right direction.
