🎉 DYC 2027 Registration is OPEN!

Calling all 8th–12th graders!

The 2027 Diocesan Youth Conference (DYC) is coming February 19–21, 2027 at the Greater Richmond Convention Center!

DYC brings teens from across the Diocese of Richmond together for a weekend centered on our Catholic faith.

📎 DYC Youth Registration Form

Registration forms went out through Christian Formation Email. Contact Cassandra Smith to be added to that communication. You can pay the $100 deposit and find the registration form above by clicking on the "DYC Youth Registration Form"

Parents: If your teen would like to attend, please complete the  Youth Registration Form and return it to Cassandra Smith. Stephanie Christmas has graciously volunteered to assist me with registration! Thank you Stephanie!!

We will carpool to the event and back, and as we finalize numbers and Chaperones, those and other details will be shared with you.

💰 Early Registration: The Diocese is offering a $50 savings per participant for registrations completed by November 27th. SO PLEASE GET THOSE REGISTRATIONS IN!!

📅 DYC Weekend: February 19–21, 2027

📍 Greater Richmond Convention Center

👥 Grades: 8th–12th

$   Costs for Youth Participants without SJC subsidy:

$250 (based on 4 youth per room)

$325 (based on 3 youth per room)

$400 (based on 2 youth per room)

Thanks to the generosity of the community I will be able to bring this cost down!

I just don't know what the total will be until after I calculate the number of registrants and cross reference programming and other costs... as soon as I have the final cost I will send a note with the remainder due (likely this will be in December). So for now, we are just asking for a $100 deposit to hold the spot with registration.

As always... if cost is prohibitive, please connect with Father Rossi to see what we can do to help!

This is such a wonderful opportunity for our young people to experience the joy of our Catholic faith alongside teens from throughout the Diocese. ❤️✝️

Start getting those forms in!

Have a safe, restful, and blessed holiday weekend, Saint Joseph families. Know that you are in my prayers!

God bless,

PS. Confirmation families, be sure to check your inboxes for the Confirmation Retreat registration as well! That deadline is Nov 1!
